Meet Alexander Leake, Service Desk Agent 👋

Please join us in welcoming Alexander to the CMA NOC team as our newest Service Desk Agent!

Alexander is a recent LSU grad, earning his Bachelor's in Information Systems Analytics with a minor in Computer Science this past spring. Before joining CMA, he gained hands-on audit experience as an intern with the Teachers Retirement System of Louisiana, and spent nearly five years sharpening his customer service skills as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A.

He's already built a strong technical foundation, holding both his AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and CompTIA Network+ certifications, and he's not slowing down, currently studying for the CISA certification through ISACA, with CompTIA A+ on deck for later this year or early next.

Outside of work, you can find Alexander hitting the trails at spots like Clark Creek and Port Hudson Historic Site, or putting his brain to the test at weekly trivia night with friends.
