We’re excited to introduce Lathan Little, our newest Service Desk Specialist, bringing over 12 years of experience in Information Technology.

With 9 years as an IT Manager at Bengal Products, Lathan has led network infrastructure management, supported EDI relationships with trading partners, resolved technical issues across the organization, managed Linux servers and backups, and successfully guided full-cycle system conversions—including Acumatica.

His passion for delivering meaningful support and making a positive impact makes him a great addition to the CMA Technology Solutions team.

Outside of work, Lathan enjoys spending time with friends, attending live music events, and staying active through volleyball, tennis, and billiards.

Currently pursuing his CCNA certification with plans to explore cybersecurity certifications next, he is driven by growth and excited about what’s ahead.

🌟 Meet Joseph Pericone – Our Newest Service Desk Agent! 🌟

Joseph joins CMA Technology Solutions with a strong foundation in customer service and technical problem‑solving. Before stepping into IT, he spent nearly two years in PV Solar Design, developing an eye for detail and a knack for understanding how systems fit together. He also brings five years of experience at Chick‑fil‑A, where he served as a Team Trainer and built leadership, communication, and service‑focused skills that translate seamlessly into supporting our clients.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys unwinding by binging TV shows with his fiancé, spending time with his dog and cat, and expanding his impressive collection of Star Wars memorabilia.
