Making it right Monday again! This was a balcony above living area that was plagued with poor workmanship and poor material choices. This is a multi-layered liquid applied membrane with an embedded poly fabric for extra strength and durability. It's the first layer in Schluter Systems Exterior Elevated Thick System.

Looking back at a 1955 historical renovation from a few years back. This aluminum fence was challenge, but an amazing design detail.

Making it right Monday! Proper drainage begins with proper sealing, proper details, and proper drainage plains. Always give water a path out of the structure. We are huge fans of rain screens!
