Greenwell Springs LA

This photo was taken at our home in Greenwell Springs, Louisiana.

Equipment used:
📷 Canon EOS 5D Mark IV
🔭 Canon EF 24 105mm L Series lens
🛡️ 77mm UV lens filter

The image was captured using a wireless remote trigger with the camera mounted on a Manfrotto tripod to help minimize movement and allow for a clean shot of the hummingbird in motion.

One of the things I enjoy most about wildlife photography is catching those split-second moments that we normally miss with the naked eye. The iridescent colors and wing motion on hummingbirds are always fascinating to watch and photograph.
