Summer time birthdays are so fun! And what’s better than a pool party? Need party decorations both inside and out? We’ve got you covered! Just add food and cake and your party is complete!

School is almost out and this setup is giving all the summer vibes! The colors are vibrant and fun! It’s perfect for an awards celebration, and then a luau! I love when setups can be used twice! This might be one of my favorites. It just screams SUMMER FUN!!!

JoyPop is all about adding a pop of joy to life! My mom was the absolute best at this! She made birthdays special, celebrated little “wins” in our lives, cheered us on at our many sporting events, played practical jokes and loved to laugh.

Start with a clean island before laying your tablecloth. Set up an island rod decorated with fringe as a fun backdrop to match your theme.

Height + layers ☑️
Add crates and elevated trays of all sizes to create dimension and interest. Choose a main focal point — like a standout platter, cake, or themed décor — to anchor the island and build around it.

Prep ☑️
Make party day effortless by prepping as much as you can the night before. Lay out utensils and serving spoons with sticky notes in each dish for where the food will go. Set out any food items that can be covered overnight, along with plates and napkins — on theme, of course.

Color scheme ☑️
Choose food that matches your color palette when you can. We picked chips, candies, cheeses, and platters that fit our Halloween orange, black, pink, and purple theme.

Party day ☑️
Place your food items in their labeled dishes and enjoy.
