IF someone bypasses this check and places someone across the school, their Probation officer can find out and now the tenant is either in jail or forced to move. Not only will the owner/management lose that vacancy but not they have to spend money again to fill it back up. Also if the tenant is forced to move they’ll be breaking their lease which can go on their rental history as eviction 🤷🏽‍♀️
