We had a great time participating in an industry bowling tournament to benefit the Capital Area United Way. Opportunities like these bring our industry together, strengthen partnerships and remind us that strong relationships are built both on and off the job site. 🎳
Training for the real world sometimes starts in a virtual one.
At Loadstar, we're using Virtual Reality (VR) to help employees safely practice railcar loading and tankerman operations before stepping into the field. Our immersive training program builds confidence, reinforces critical procedures and helps crews recognize hazards, all in a safe, controlled environment.
It's one more way we're investing in our people and keeping safety at the center of everything we do.
