We are a small backyard maple syrup operation. Our three saplings love helping us collect sap from our maple trees and boil it into yummy homemade syrup.
We sell our syrup (can you say college fund?). $10 for a 12oz bottle and we ship too!
The temperature outside is 8°, but you’ll never feel cold standing next to your evaporator!

We made 6 batches of syrup this year, unfortunately we never ended up with a dark robust one that I love so much! Still love the light amber's though. These are in order from 1st batch on the left to the 6th batch on the right.
Total Sap Collected: 528 Gallons
Total Syrup Produced: 11.9 Gallons

The silver maples buds have definitely popped out. The sap has stopped flowing here so that’s a wrap for us this season. See you again next year!

Love watching the syrup get darker as the season goes on! The darker syrup is from todays batch, the lighter was our first batch on Feb 9th.
