Position Summary:
Acts as Sales and Customer Service. Telephone attendant relaying incoming and interoffice calls. Handles incoming and outgoing mail. This position reports to the Office Manager.
Essential Functions:
*Making Telemarketing Calls
*Visit potential customers and making proposal
* Operates telephone console to relay incoming and interoffice calls.
* Greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs and directs them to the proper person and/or office.
* Receives sorts and post all incoming mail from the U.S. Post Office, courier services, and properties.
* Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research
tasks.
* Perform other duties as assigned to ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
Requirements:
* Scheduling cleanings
* Other office duties
Qualifications:
1. Excellent oral and interpersonal skills
2. Excellent customer service, organization skill and attention to detail
3. Friendly, courteous, professional
4. Enjoy working as a team member
6. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees and vendors
6. Ability to multi-task with a "can do" attitude
