The Lead Engineer, Broadcast Services is a senior, hands-on engineering role at the center of CHESA’s broadcast and AV project delivery, serving as the technical authority who turns customer requirements into actionable system designs and leads on-site installation and commissioning nationwide.

We are also seeking a dynamic and client-centric Media Technology Solutions Architect (SA) to join our growing team of workflow and technology experts. In this highly valued role, you will serve as the technical counterpart to our Media Technology Account Executive(s), playing a pivotal role in pre-sales engagements and consultative services across aligned media environments.

This September, we wish a Happy CHESAversary to Brian Summa and Ben Kilburg.

With 23 years at CHESA under his belt, Brian Summa has made a mark as a Product Development Engineer. 👏

We asked him what his favorite part has been about working at CHESA. He says "It has changed over the years, but the people CHESA employs is probably a safe bet." Outside of work, you can find him relaxing with his dogs or enjoying a nap.

Ben Kilburg, Technical Account Manager at CHESA also celebrates his work anniversary this month. 🎉

What might surprise people about Ben's role, he would describe as "the sheer breadth of what you need to track and translate. Storage and software systems, data migrations, hardware supply chains, vendor pricing shifts, and internal client politics, all at once, across a dozen-plus accounts that have almost nothing in common with each other except that they all work with media."

After 18 years at CHESA, Ben has helped media companies, sports teams, and other organizations manage the tech behind storing, organizing, and moving their digital content.
