Skillful Steps ABA is looking for a compassionate, BCBA who brings high energy to their job and is looking to make a difference in the lives of our clients & staff.

Job Responsibilities:
✅ BCBA will provide supervision on paraprofessionals.
✅ BCBA will provide parent training.
✅ BCBA will help recruit ABA therapists.
✅ BCBA will conduct assessments regarding clients’ overall performance.
✅ BCBA will design curricula, interventions, behavioral plans for individual clients based on results of assessments and data analysis.

Job Requirements:
✅ Strong oral and written communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Offering Health insurance, 401K
Salary Range: $85,000 - $135,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25hr/ week.

We also offer per diem at $100 per billable hour and $30 per non-billable hour.
