What makes Jewish Baltimore so vibrant? The people who make up our community. đź’™
At the Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Greater Baltimore's Community Block Party, we met new faces, reconnected with familiar ones, and learned more about how people are engaging, and hope to engage, in Jewish life. Together, we created a colorful string display that reflected the many identities, experiences, and connections that strengthen our community.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by and shared a piece of their story with us!

There’s no one right way to build a meaningful Jewish life.
For Tali and George, joining Reset & Refresh provided a welcoming space to explore Jewish traditions, connect with other multifaith couples, and discover how Jewish values can fit into their relationship and future family in ways that felt authentic to them.
If you're part of a young multifaith couple and looking for a space to connect, learn, and explore together, applications are now open for our next Reset & Refresh cohort offered by The Network in partnership with The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore's Young Adult Division (YAD), beginning this September.

Shavuot starts Thursday night and Baltimore knows how to celebrate 🍦✨
From Taharka Brothers and The Charmery to Prigel Family Creamery and Tipsy Scoop Baltimore, we rounded up some of our favorite local spots for a sweet Shavuot treat. Whether you’re all about classic scoops, dairy-free options, frozen custard, or fun seasonal flavors, there’s something for everyone.
Traditionally, Shavuot is connected to dairy and the “land flowing with milk and honey” so what better excuse to grab ice cream with family or friends?
