The Bro Code Baltimore was born from a vision given to She's Dope LLC's CEO, Jamais E.Burts. Her desire to see Baltimore males overcome and be more than their circumstances or products of their environment led to a 1-day event in June of 2017. Today, the Bro Code is well on it's way to becoming a movement!! MISSION: is to give young men access to opportunities to have a successful future by assisting them to overcome everyday challenges, by combining prevention and intervention through our innovate programs. VISION: to successfully transition young men into adulthood by providing a supportive environment which takes a nontraditional approach to personal, social, economic, and professional development.
