John Wiggins
"John, the F/A working the door on this flight, greeted passengers, most of whom had been waiting for over 4 hours in security lines, with warmth and enthusiasm. We were exhausted, and the kindness shown by John made a difference. I am writing specifically about John, though, because of how he took care of over 30 passengers facing very tight connections as we landed in Chicago. As we taxied to our gate, John announced the issue and asked all passengers at risk of missing their flights to press the call button. The chimes made it clear how many people needed help. He asked the rest of us to stay seated so those passengers could deplane first. It worked! I believe his leadership, combined with the camaraderie we felt after the "Great Wait" on 3/28, had a meaningful impact on all of us. He is an outstanding flight attendant. Please thank him for me."
