ATTN JOB SEEKERS: Question for you.. as I am recruiting for different roles, I talk and email a lot of job seekers. Sometimes, I want to give them some feedback or suggestions while they are on the job hunt so that they may be more successful!

How would you feel if a recruiter gave you some constructive feedback?

Some examples:
📝 Make sure you are spelling the name of the person you are emailing correctly!
I had my name spelled 3 different ways (none correct) in emails this week... Elisa, Eliza, Elsie. 🤔

😁 Be positive on screening calls! I had two calls recently where the candidates spoke a lot about how their previous jobs/bosses/coworkers were awful and treated them terribly. If candidates are bashing one employer, they are likely to bash another one and I'm not going to recommend them for the role!
