Finally!! I have been working with this client for some time. They are a first time homebuyer and was looking for the right one. We found it!!! The house was on the market for 3 days, the offer was accepted the day after we put it in and the home inspection was done the very next day. They will be in their new home by the end of the month!! This happened so fast. I want to thank my buyer client for trusting me to find the one. She sold her home two years ago, and moved into an apartment. She wanted something with a first floor master. This home fell into my lap, and I said let’s go check it out. She put the offer in on Tuesday afternoon, and offer was accepted that night.
