This customer has a problem with his computer shutting down. I wonder what it could be. .

Flooding damage. I saved a small business yesterday. I was able to recover their data from a hard drive covered in water and mud. I was not that hopeful when this was brought in. I used some hard drive recovery software and it dug up the data they needed. Back in business.
