Datsun 510 is in the Rebirth Auto Works lab getting a VG30E V6 swap from a Nissan 300zx paired with a 71C 5-speed transmission. The old J-series 4 cylinder pushrod engine lost all compression and it was time for a upgrade so our customer Daniel decided to have us help with the swap. Old engine has been removed and the VG30E has now taken it's place sitting in the engine bay. Currently we are waiting for the engine mounts to come in from pucker factory fab so we can have the engine sit and not suspended from the engine support. Next we will install the transmission to the engine and start the wiring! 🤟😎👍

Another timing belt installation on a VG30DE along with a complete 120k maintenance service and topped it off with a sprinkle of suspension goodies. The complete suspension was upgraded with new performance components: Tein coilovers, Stillen Sway Bars, AMS Tension Rods, Stillen Sway Bar end links, polyurethane bushings on the sway bar, and Carbing Strut Bars. It drives and handles amazing now!

Customer brought in a aftermarket short shifter to install. The shifter mounted up great and is firm and stiff through the shifting pattern on all 5 gears and reverse for this 1995 Nissan 300ZX.

Mitsubishi Eclipse came in for quarter panel repair and body kit installation. We were able to get the dent out using a stud dent puller and shaped the final contour using body filler. Fiberglass body kits are a pain in the butt for installation but definitely look nice and are rigid when they are fully fastened to the car body. Our Customer Jaime brought us his 240SX for complete change of color on his Nissan 240SX to black. The cars engine was removed and the car was completely stripped down: doors, trunk, hood and hatch removed. Once everything removed the cars panels and body had body work done and then prepped for paint here at Rebirth Auto Works !

Our customer Felipe was having issues with the worn out VQ35DE engine on his 350Z. We had the privilege of helping rebuild this Beutiful Z's engine and revamp the suspension with an upgraded ISR coilovers kit and whiteline sway bar kit. This beauty drives and handles amazing again!!!

Enrique Cabrera Infiniti Q50 was having a slight creaking noise coming from the passenger side suspension when turning. After inspection we found out that the sway bar end links had a loose connection at the strut. The nylon insert lock nut, used by the previous installer from another shop, was not seated all the way and had stripped so bad it wouldn't tighten nor loosen.

We didn't get a chance to take pictures of the nut because we tossed it right into the trash. But after we cut the stripped nut off, we installed a good quality nut fastener and torqued it to spec. No more issues with creaking noises.

We dislike working on dirty engine bays and again gave this Infiniti Q50 engine bay a well deserved clean and condition.

Getting our customer Gus's beutiful 1990 300ZX ready and washed up for a new timing belt and 120k service kit from Z1. We like to work on a clean engine bay and make sure the engine bays we work on are free from grease, sludge and debree to ensure long lasting seals and engine accessories longevity.

Next is a complete suspension upgrade for this red Z. It's going to look like Christmas 🎁🎄 at the shop soon with all the suspension upgrades ordered.

Replacing our customer Sals sunroof assembly on his Acura Integra DA. 🌞 The glass was broken and the assembly was rusting out inside. 🌧️ Now with a new assembly installed no water will enter the interior. He is resurrecting this JDM legend to OEM spec and is adding suspension upgrades soon!

Pulled the SR20DET from our customers 1969 Datsun 621 pickup. The engine is getting a complete new gasket set, head gasket, piston rings and crank bearings. The head also was refreshed, seats and mating surfaced machined and new valve seals installed. Mild Engine Rebuild 👍😎👍
