We may be an "English" Honor's Society, but we're not actually limited to English majors! As a chapter of the Sigma Tau Delta National society, we get to pick what constitutes membership. We've decided that as long as you show a real interest in English (reading, writing, literature, language studies), then you can join! All you need is a 3.0 GPA average in your English classes, and have taken two

IMPORTANT message for all Azusa Pacific University faculty, staff, students, alumni, and affiliates:
On behalf of all undocumented/DACAmented students at APU, we extend a heartfelt invitation to support a student-led movement of compassion at APU. As the President-elect Donald Trump will be sworn into office in January, the DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) program will be jeopardized. Mr. Trump has promised to repeal this important program that has allowed 740,000 immigrants who were brought to the U.S. as children to pursue education and dignified work.
Please read the petition letter for an explanation of sanctuary and specific requests of the university. If you are inclined, sign to voice your belief that APU must affirm its support and commitment toward its undocumented/DACA-mented students attending the university. If you have decided to sign and once you have done so, PLEASE share this post with any Azusa Pacific affiliated parties. We thank you for your empathetic and dignified support.
