The Church At Azle

👋 TCAA Kids is a place where the next generation can learn how to study the Bible, share the Gospel, and worship together!

This October, we’re kicking off a brand-new series:
🚙 4X4: 4 Lessons from Philippians 4

This week, we’re learning how to CRUSH CONFLICT God’s way! 💥

We love seeing your kids grow in their faith beyond Sunday morning, too! If they’re talking about what they learned, working through their lesson, or putting it into practice at home, share it with us and tag TCAA Kids 💛

And if you have a heart for kids and sharing God’s Word, we’d love to have you on the TCAA Kids team! We’re always looking for more volunteers and would love to help you get plugged in.

🌟 See you tomorrow at 8:00am, 10:00am & 12:00pm!

🌟Women’s Breakfast is tomorrow at 9am!

Jessica McGee will lead in praise songs, Linda Cadarette will share her testimony, and Chef David Vanderpool will be making yummy omelets! 🍳 No need to bring anything—just come hungry! 😋 There will be a tip jar to help cover the food.

Come enjoy a sweet morning of faith, fellowship & fun! ❤️

Finish Line is tonight at 7pm!

We will have group discussion and fellowship focusing on strength, hope, and encouragement.

We will be searching the scripture for guidance and using the Christian 12 steps to lead us into a close personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

🌟Coming October 16th men and women's breakout groups to do an in depth study of the Christian 12 steps in the Life recovery Bible Workbook

Raising Kingdom Shakers: Parenting Class is tonight at 7PM!

Last week we tackled a question every kid (and honestly, every parent) wrestles with: Why am I alive?

We talked about the difference between purpose and performance: purpose that's tied to a role, achievement, or title disappears the moment that role ends, but real purpose is rooted in who God made us to be, and it doesn't change when circumstances do.

Parents worked through real, age-specific situations together; from the 4-year-old who "helps" in ways that make chores take longer (turns out that's purpose in action!) to teens wrestling with college and career pressure. We left with practical language to use at home this week.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord." - Colossians 3:23

Next up: Competence: what do I do well? 👀

See you tonight!
