Have you ever called someone because you know or at least have heard they’re the best;
then ask them to charge the same or less than someone else ?

We get calls quite often asking for an inspection quote, because they're shopping around; that's perfectly fine. Then call us back to price match another companies lower price.

But if you’re happy with the cheaper company’s price and their quality… why call us back?

You call the better inspector because you want the better inspection. Quality and cheap generally do not go together. Lol




Did you know that a home inspection isn’t a pass or fail test?

A lot of buyers think the inspector is there to decide if the house is “good” or “bad" or did it "pass" or "fail"; but that’s not how it works.

A home inspection is simply an evaluation of the home and a collection of information about the condition of the home so you can make an informed buying decision.

Some homes will have small issues, and some will have bigger issues. But the goal isn’t to fail the house — it’s to understand it.
