Hi Everyone! Happy Monday!!! I am clearing out the Blue Hour Abstracts Etsy page for a while to focus on Patrick Pens and Rosalie & The Bee, so if any of you here in the DFW Metroplex are interested in a painting that can be hand delivered in a meet-up, check out the shop. If I don't have to ship, it's 60% off. For those outside DFW, I'm running a 40% off sale with free shipping.

Peppered
Acrylic on 24x30x1.5" stretched canvas
Julie Patrick, 2023
$235
Hi Y'all! Peppered is a metallic abstract palette knife painting in acrylic on a 24"x30"x1.5" gallery depth canvas. It's super-creamy, full of warmth, and peppered with just a few fluid black specks 🥰 I loved painting this one...all of the rich, beautiful color!!!!❤️ This piece is for sale for $235, and if you're interested DM me or email me at [email protected]

Been feeling stuck with painting lately. Like, S-T-U-C-K. Buuùùut...I just finished this background for a commissioned, sculptural, sunset wave piece and suddenly that old, familiar excitement is back. Busting out the Gaffrey art material heavy texture acrylics again! 🏖🌴☀️🌊 It's been a minute since I've gone 3D with my artwork, and man have I've missed it. Steampunk ☁️🗝⌚️⚙️ and blooming desert 🌸🌵🏵 themes/scenes have also piqued my interest lately...such fantastic visual playgrounds for sculptural painting! Gonna be in that Happy-Busy headspace for a bit. YAAAAAAAY!!! 🥰📒✏️👩🎨🎨🖌💗🎉🫶
