Spring is in the air! Love the light in my studio ✨

Today was an ugly cry day for me.For reasons known and unknown to me. It’s in the air. And water. And food. I have to believe that one day we will rise above the darkness that’s upon us. There will be light, softness and love. In the meantime, I turn to my work. Layer by layer, piece by piece, I build—shaping something solid, something illuminated. One pebble, one brick, one block at a time. Creation is both refuge and resistance..

I’m so pleased that my Void IV (part of the Void Series) is included in latest online exhibition - FRC19
Featuring 12 artists, 12 artworks, all $500 or less. Contemporary art delivered to your doorstep.

If you’re not already familiar, Flat Rate Contemporary is an awesome artist-run platform that features democratically-selected collections of affordable artworks. Every artist that submits to the show gets to vote for their favorite pieces. I’ve learned about so many great artists through this space and I love the themes that emerge in each show. This exhibition feels like an appropriate turn to nature in these awful and overwhelming times.

Happy Valentine’s Day! . # # #

Magical morning light in the studio. .

January is for wintering — a time to pause, take stock, and let creativity simmer quietly beneath the surface. The studio has been filled with soft low light and stacks of prints, each one a reminder that slowing down makes room for renewal.
Recuperating after the whirlwind of the Fall season is a perennial adventure for me, one I’ve learned to embrace with patience and grace. As I reset, I’m also prepping for the upcoming Valentine’s Sale — gathering pieces that speak of love, connection, and new beginnings. Stay tuned for details soon, and in the meantime, here’s a glimpse of the process, moody and thoughtful like this January moment.

Happy Holidays!!! These photos are just moments from the last couple of days. I wanted to capture and share some magic. It’s all around us. We have to choose to see it. .

✨The holidays are fast approaching, and we want to make sure your gifts are under the tree in time. To guarantee delivery by Christmas, please place your orders for all ready-to-ship items by Wednesday, December 18th. ✨

✨I always try to find magic in the mundane. It is all around us.
As we celebrate today, I’m reminded of the quiet beauty in everyday moments. I hope your day is filled with warmth, laughter, and quiet joy.
While I love food and cooking is my love language, I wanted to share something a bit more reflective today.
Happy Thanksgiving! 🍂🦃.

My biggest drop of Cement Wall Canvases is here! These one-of-a-kind pieces were recently part of an exhibition in Austin (and weren’t available for purchase online), but now they’re finally available for you to bring home. Whether as a thoughtful gift or a timeless addition to your space, these exclusive works are sure to make an impact.
Each piece in my Cement Wall Art Series is inspired by the sacredness of plants, as if canonizing them in vibrant botanical portraits. The careful attention to detail and reverence for nature elevate these plants to an almost divine status, fusing art, architecture, and the environment
These pieces were recently part of an exhibition in Austin and are now available for you to bring home. Exclusively one-of-a-kind, they’re the perfect gift or a timeless addition to your space.

This is a shot of one of the dried flower arrangements from our recent show, *In Vacated Premises*, which closed last weekend at .512
On our wedding anniversary today, I was reminded how my fascination with dried flowers and ceremonial arrangements began exactly 15 years ago—on our wedding day with . I created the décor for our reception using dried flowers and fallen branches, transforming the space into a magical woodland. Carlos also made an installation in our studio in Connecticut, where we got married.
It feels serendipitous that our latest installation carries echoes of that moment, but also shows how we’ve evolved in our artistic explorations. After 15 years of marriage, I’m thrilled that we’re still creating art together, still passionate about the same materials and mediums. So proud of us!
Happy Anniversary

We finished the install and ready to see you at our show “In Vacated Premises”! Opening is tonight 6-8pm. .
