I’m often astounded with the caliber of Entrepreneur I’m consistently surrounded by these days.

Like, holy smokes, how did a prairie guy from Alberta, Canada, end up on a Yacht in Miami with Entrepreneurs who’ve sold billions, bought and sold $100Ms of businesses, and are so kind and generous that they’d offer me a hand up too.

I fly back to Austin with a bigger and clearer vision than ever before.

I totally agree with this. It’s the same with training a human staff member. Invest good time and you’ll see great returns.

Pro Tip: focus on building AI on:

• tasks you’re already doing
• tasks that repeat at least once every few weeks
• tasks that won’t sink the company if a mistake happens
• task difficulty, for a human to complete, is around $10-$20/hr
• task duration, for a human to complete, is 20 mins or less
• tasks which would take you 20 mins or less to teach a human
• tasks which will take a human 20 mins or less to learn
