The Customer Service Rep is the face and voice of our store, the very first impression. It is important we have the right person in the seat at all times of the day.

This is a position that offers a lot of growth and potential for promotion within the company.

Our ideal candidate would be continuously smiling, multi-tasking, speaking with customers over the phone and in person, and still smiling. This person needs to be able to relay that to each customer with the utmost respect and be proud to represent the Continental Automotive Group. With a high average tenure and a family-like staff, that will be the easiest part of the job!

Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Greet all customers when they enter the office in a timely and professional manner
• When in personal contact with the customer, the CSR should maintain a polite, courteous attitude and refer any problems to the appropriate Team Member or Manager
• Maintain the customer waiting area (to include the magazine and children’s area)
• Write up Repair Orders (RO’s) when required
• The CSR should ensure that all RO’s have a signed authorization form in file (including tow-ins)
• Write up Night Drop Off’s
• Monitor to ensure that all vehicles are moved in order not to block the front office area
• Receive payments from the customers, input payments into the management system, use the check/credit card machine as needed, and handle all the administrative aspects of delivery
• Must be very outgoing, friendly, and helpful, and people-oriented including customers and fellow employees
• Maintain work habits that are in accordance with the CCC employee policy as outlined in the CCC Employee handbook
• Dress in an appropriate and professional manner as outlined by CCC policies
• Should have excellent organizational and communication skills
• Should have the ability to adapt to daily changing circumstances and proficient at multitasking
• Ensure all towed-in vehicles have an RO written and that the tow bill is entered into the RO appropriately
• Schedule estimates and repairs
• Scan necessary paperwork and documents into the RO
• Communicate with estimators on any customer concerns and/or complaints
• Must be very thorough in their documentation processes
• Must be proficient in data entry
• Must update Enterprise Arms a minimum of twice per day
• Should have basic math skills, which includes the use of calculators
• Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Notify Enterprise/Hertz of customers needing rentals
• Ensure phones are attended at all times
• Communicate with all managers on customer service issues and concerns.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

The Continental Collision Center is looking for a Production Manager! The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring all shop processes run reliably and efficiently. This position requires technical expertise in collision repair, ability to manage repair processes with Body Technicians in a timely manner, and be a strong communicator and team player.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Dispatch all incoming work to body technicians
• Allocate all labor to technicians
• Allocate labor from supplements to technicians
• Keep work flow organized
• Continuous monitor of parts
• Continuous monitor of supplement approval
• Ensure bumper jobs are completed in a timely manner
• Ensure flow of correct parts enter paint shop with specified RO
Ensure 100% teardown completed
• Manage all technician's performance and quality of work, maintain company standards of repair quality, inspecting vehicle repairs throughout the repair process
• Identify production problem areas and suggest and implement changes
• Keep communication frequent with estimators, paint shop, and parts department
• Ensure cycle time is met or completed early
• Keep General Manager informed of all activity
• Discuss up sales opportunity with technicians and estimators
• Ensure quality control is efficient, effective, and improving the repair process
• Communicate with all department managers and estimators to improve on cycle times and quality of repairs
• Address safety problems within production area
• Address problems with company equipment or tools

• Write estimates and coordinate field estimates for repairs
• Ensure all data fields are entered correct and complete
• Determine customer expectations and monitor repair to meet those expectations
• Address customer concerns immediately
• Check in vehicle, take photos per insurance and CCC requirements

• Thoroughly review repair plan after blueprint is complete

The Continental Collision Center is looking for a Body Technician! Qualified candidates are eligible to receive up to a $1000 sign on bonus!

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Report to Production Manager
• Complete 100% tear down upon receipt of job
• Write complete supplement after tear down
• Study original estimate to ensure all parts, repairs and times are supplemented correctly
• Conduct repair in a timely manner
• Inform estimator of any additional supplement
• Communicate with production/parts managers of any additional supplemental repairs
• Keep customer personal belongings with vehicle
• Inform Production/Parts managers of any broken or damaged parts during repair process
• Utilize safety equipment during repairs
• Safety glasses
• Gloves
• Shields
• Welding blankets
• Clamps/chalks
• Safety chains
• Report damaged equipment to safety coordinator
• Keep open lines of communication with
-Estimators
-Parts department
-Paint shop
-All Managers
• Keep all damaged parts until authorization has been given to discard
• Secure assigned vehicles at close of business
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Roll up all windows
• Communicate with Production manager as to any changes or problems with the repair. Keep open lines of communication open with the paint shop, parts department and estimators
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year

The hours for this position are:
• Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (40-45 hours per week)
• Saturday: Closed
• Sunday: Closed

Compensation:
• Based on experience (flag hour).
• Up to $1000 sign on bonus.
