In 2010 we opened Five Elements Contemporary Furniture on South Lamar and we’ve had a blast watching it grow and thrive. With Solid, we’re building on what we’ve learned over the years, broadening our point of view and taking a few risks. Our furniture and home accessories play together across an eclectic mix of current styles: reclaimed industrial, global, rustic, vintage-inspired and organic modern. Everything you see at Solid is hand picked by us. We travel to markets around the country and out into the countryside in search of pieces that live on that just-right intersection of design, quality and value. Our staff is both knowledgeable and low-pressure, here to help you decide what you like, what you need and what you want. Our customers place a lot of trust in us, effectively inviting us into their homes. In exchange, we promise to have their backs. We work only with manufacturers we know we can count on so our customers can count on us. Many of our pieces can be customized, and others are available for immediate delivery.
