Pretty much the case except for a few natural foods that are easy to overeat, among them .....Nuts! They will put the brake on weight loss very very quickly. So use sparingly 👍

This is an example of a great green juice product because it is mostly green juice with little to no fruit juice. Look for the grams of sugar on the label. This one has only 4 g per 8 oz. This is one teaspoon. For comparison, orange juice has 21 g or 5 teaspoons of sugar 😮. Green juice is like a liquid multi vitamin that is quickly absorbed for energy.
