Today’s Move & Shout class is all about amplifying our voices and movements.
Many people with Parkinson’s find that their voices are becoming softer and their movements smaller. This exercise sequence aims to push back on that by reinforcing large movements and loud voices.

Next Thursday at 1:30 PM CT, we'll be getting real about Parkinson's LIVE on YouTube with award-winning Parkinson's advocate, Keynote Speaker, Community Builder, and Doing Life Today founder Bryce Perry.

Bryce is dedicated to changing how people withParkinson'ss connect and find support. Diagnosed with young-onsetParkinson'ss in 2010 at age 40, Bryce brought 15 years of corporate operations leadership experience into his work as a full-time advocate.

He is the founder of Doing Life Today, a global platform forParkinson'ss education and community. Through The Club, its interactive community hub, and his award-winning podcast, Living with Parkinson's: The Good, the Bad, and the Reality, Bryce brings honest storytelling, practical tools, and a healthy dose of humor to people with Parkinson's and their care partners.

Support Power for Parkinson's and the Michael J. Fox Foundation when you attend this lovely evening in the Texas Hill Country, featuring a performance by S. Carey of Bon Iver.

When: Friday, October 16th. Doors open at 6 PM, and the show begins at 8 PM
Where: In Spicewood, TX, at Dr. Ryan Casey's farm along the Pedernales River
What: S. Carey of Bon Iver performing a full-band set at Dr. Ryan Casey's farm. The design brings the outdoors inside: trees, vines, Edison lights, campfires, and lit trails. Doors open at 6:00 PM so you can explore the grounds before the 8:00 PM show. Food is catered on site.

Tickets are limited, so get yours today! All proceeds support Power for Parkinson's and the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Your ticket confirmation will include the address and arrival details.

You're invited! Join us for this FREE 3-week Tango Workshop for people with Parkinson's and their care partners.

Tango has been shown to improve motor function, balance, and coordination, so let's dance! This 3-week workshop, led by our friends at Esquina Tango, is a great way to have fun, learn a new skill, and improve your Parkinson's symptoms. No tango experience or talent is needed! This workshop is for all levels!

Friends and family are welcome to join in on the fun, but we will also have plenty of volunteers excited to dance with you, so there's no need to bring a partner.
