This happened a couple weeks ago but it’s been busy!
Another special off-market sale in Cuernavaca! ✨
Some sales are extra special and this was definitely one of them.

We just closed on one of our favorite homes in the neighborhood, 9806 Inca in Eanes ISD, and the story behind it is exactly why we love what we do.

Having worked in Cuernavaca for so many years, we’re lucky to know so many of the wonderful families who live here and sometimes that leads to the perfect off-market match.

From the moment we first toured the home, we were completely obsessed and knew it was something special. When the sellers asked us to list it, we were thrilled.

Then the magic happened…
The home never even made it to MLS. It sold quietly to friends right here in Cuernavaca, represented by our friend and fellow agent Jessica. A perfect off-market match thanks to the relationships and connections we’ve built in 78733 over the years.

Attended the Westies awards at yesterday and got to meet our guest speaker , founder of who spoke to us about the art of embarrassment and why putting yourself out there (and sometimes embarrassing yourself) is the key to success! Got to meet who is running for Congress who was also amazing alongside my fave of .blue jewelry! Several of our local school board members were also there! Such a fun event!

Omg! So much fun for the big birthday 🎂 a couple weeks ago! It was perfect and so incredible to be able to see so many amazing people all at once! My friend surprised me with an amazing gift of her new business, a Photo Booth/light circle from which made everybody look amazing (and young, we’ll take it)!!
