I remember what it was like...

The grief often comes not only from the symptoms themselves, but from the life that forms around them.

Days become filled with appointments, treatments, uncertainty, and the constant hope that this will be the thing that finally helps.

When the nervous system is stuck in survival mode, healing can feel like a full-time job.

But your symptoms are not proof that your body is broken. They are often signs of a nervous system that has learned to protect you.

Your body is adaptive, resilient, and capable of change. With the right support and consistency, it can shift away from survival mode and into healing.

Healing isn't linear, but neither is hope. There will be setbacks, victories, and moments of doubt. But hope isn't linear either.

For so long, I viewed my symptoms as something my body was doing to me.

Something to fight, fear, suppress, or fix.

But what if symptoms are not betrayals…

We’re often living on inherited survival chemistry—multi-generational stress patterns shaped and reinforced by societal conditioning.

Constant urgency, overachievement, stress, and “doing” become normalized… until adrenaline feels like identity.

Healing isn’t just physical. It’s nervous system work.

It’s learning that safety, stillness, presence, and rest are no longer threats.

Taking accountability for this part of my healing has changed everything. 💖

First off, let say it was a RELIEF to get the diagnosis.
To know something was wrong.
To know I wasn’t going crazy.

…and then, I quickly asked, “what’s next?”

Because getting the actual diagnosis does not make the course of treatment clear…

It does know make the prognosis understandable…

But it helps the logical mind formulate a path moving forward.

If I were to do things differently?
I would slow way down.
I would NOT do everything at once.
I would prioritize brain and nervous system health.
I would delete the naysayers and harmful accounts immediately.

…and I would lead with intuition rather than fear.
