Life lesson, never give your contractor all the money up front, we’re having to redo a ton of tile the previous contractor who apparently ran off with the money did. We take 50% at the signing of the contract and the remainder after the final walk through, we have never had problem collecting the payment as we do the job right the first time and don’t gouge our clients. , except for that one!

Onsite at a job in Westlake, we’re remodeling a huge master on suite, and making a steam shower. I can’t show the house or the bathroom as the client is a tv personality, but I can show past the driveway lol, Austin is such a beautiful city I’m hella fortunate to have grown up here and watch it change over the years.

Here’s that look I’m obsessed with again, sorry not sorry! As seen here you don’t have to go bold to achieve a great look. One of the best ways to achieve this is to have a sample of your already installed wood with you when picking the appropriate hex tile, unless you are replacing both wood and tile.

European White Oak is a great durable look, that will pay for itself over the years by upping the value of your home. Couple this look with a nice porcelain tile with no transitions and your house will be the envy of the neighborhood!
