The Practice Companies

Essential Dermatology recently celebrated one year in Rolesville! Jason helped Dr. Austin Newsome find her space, and she's spent the past year caring for patients across the Triangle. Congratulations on a great first year, Dr. Newsome!

Dr. Novak knew her MedSpa was worth more than the first offer she received. Before going to market, we made sure buyers could see it in the numbers. Then we ran a process that gave them a reason to compete.

We represented a MedSpa owner who came to us with an offer already in hand. When we ran an auction-style process, that offer improved by $7M. Full story coming soon.

Carl, Chris, and Stephanie spent last week at the New England Veterinary Conference in Portland, Maine, catching up with vets and industry partners in the region. Hard to beat Maine in the fall. 🍂 Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hi!

Seasons Dermatology and Aesthetics is now open in Midland! Jason helped Dr. Aaron Burch and Dr. Jared Brackenrich with the real estate for their new practice, and they recently shared a few photos of the finished office. It looks amazing. 👏🏼

Congratulations, Dr. Burch and Dr. Brackenrich!

Rusty and Kristine walked the floor at the Southwest Veterinary Symposium in San Antonio last week. Good to see so many familiar faces from the veterinary community and to meet some new ones! 🐾

Chris and Stephanie are heading to the New England Veterinary Conference in Portland, Maine, this week. Four days of CE, hands-on labs, and an opening reception to connect with veterinary professionals from across the region. If you're there, find us and say hi! 👋🏻

Aesthetic Next 8.0 gave us a full week in Dallas. Thomas and Lauren took the Think Tank stage, our team spent the rest of the week on the floor talking with owners about their own practices, and the week closed out at the Disco After Dark party.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by Booth 803 and sat in on the session. Already looking forward to next year.

Congratulations to Dr. Srinivasa and Dr. Maloney on celebrating the grand opening of Medical Vascular Partners! The space looks incredible, and the practice is already thriving. 👏🏼🩺

Thanks to everyone who came out to the FWDDS meeting last week. 👏🏼 Max and Ben enjoyed getting to know Fort Worth's dental community. See y'all in November!
