This is a model based on the final plans for the home that was posted previously... but from a different angle, of course. This time, I used a photo of the actual lot (I'll post the original lot photo in the comments). The home will have a lake view (behind the viewer in this case), but being in a neighborhood (Point Venture), it will look a little different than the one in the previous rendering.

I'm going through some of my projects that I had already done simple 3D models of in their early conceptual stages, to learn effective and efficient AI prompting... the trial and error process is tedious and time consuming now, but as I learn the way AI models "think" and "understand", it will save a ton of time in the future over rendering using what will soon be the tools of the past.

Fun with AI... experimenting with rendering the Spicewood house using ChatGPT and Adobe Firefly...

Cedar Sage Court is finally finished and already sold...

Coming soon to 19204 Leisure Lane... it will be very similar to Cedar Sage Court, but with some minor changes and adjustments. I get a lot of inquiries on this plan, it's proving to be quite popular. Another variation will be starting in Lakeway soon, as well.

What do you do when you have a small, odd-shaped lot with potentially big views? You build a small house the shape of the lot, with lots of big windows! If you drive through Jonestown often, you've probably noticed a new structure penetrating the treeline above the town... This pragmatic "upside-down" floor plan with 180* views, less than 5 minutes from the boat ramp at Jones Brothers Park, will be an Airbnb and should be ready for summer.

This is another Waterford project on Cedar Sage Court, different builder. It was getting drywall today.
