Get ready for a weekend of fun at Beerburg!
Not only is our new beer garden space open from 2-8 PM Saturday and Sunday, you don't need to do anything but show up to drink a beer and hang out in the new space!

In the main building we have 2 Community Events: Pride After Dark & Sunday Dance Hall:

Pride After Dark is a ticketed 18+ Fundraising Drag, Burlesque, and Circus show starting at 7 PM. All sales support Pride of Dripping Springs and the family-friendly Pride for All event next weekend. Tickets are going fast, so make sure to grab yours before they sell out!

Sunday Dance Hall features 3 Chord Rodeo this week and is our recurring Sunday Two-Stepping day! Join us and other local dancers for a great time in the Hill Country!

3 Chord Rodeo is about to put your dancin boots to work! Don't sleep on this Sunday, we will be serving up beer, liquor, and ice cream for all y'all joining us up here on Fitzhugh Rd. We can't wait to see everyone. See y'all Sunday, Cheers!

Day 2 was another amazing celebration! The Sacred Journey School of Herbalism brought education and connection to nature with their amazing graduates/vendors, and the herb walk showcased just how fun learning about our local plants can be... especially with beer!

We also got up to some arts and crafts, with new decorative "mushrooms" and a LOT of spilled paint by the kiddos (and adults) painting rocks for our rock garden.

Yall are the best! Get ready for the weekend, we can't wait!

Opening Day was so great y'all!

Thank you to everyone that showed up, to the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce for celebrating us with a ribbon cutting, and of course to all our family, friends, and collaborators for your support as we grow together!

Her work as the Executive Director at Thundering Paws saved countless kitty lives, and we are honored to celebrate her retirment at this public party just for her... but also it's a charity concert for Thundering Paws and featuring The Love Vandals!!!

Beerburg was founded by Trevor Nearburg after graduating from the Sacred Journey School of Herbalism, and the knowledge he gained from the school guided him in the creation of Beerburg's Wildcrafting line of beers. It's no exagerration to say that there is no Beerburg without SJS. On Friday, we welome other graduates of the School to showcase their businesses, and at 6:00 Lauren Peterson, instructor at SJS, will take guests on a guided tour of our Beer Garden, exploring all the native plants (and ingredients) we've planted out there!

Sorry if there was any confusion; It's NEXT weekend, y'all!

We are feeling the love, but we're still putting the finishing touches on the new Beer Garden. After our last post we started to get calls about this weekend, so we wanted to clarify:

The Beer Garden Opens May 28th (not this Thursday).

We hope y'all still come out this Sunday for Two-Stepping with Dan Whitaker, and then we will see y'all again on the 28th for more fun and beer!

Tickets are on sale on PODS' website, and links are avialable on our joint event page. Walk-ins welcome, but only ticketholders will get crawfish, jumbalaya, and sides. Hot dogs avialble while supplies last for the general public.

Y'all, this crawfish boil is going to be absolutely the BEST! About a month ago someone asked when we were bringing back the blueberry cornbread ice cream, and I said, the WHAT!? Well, we opened the recipe book and here it is, just in time for our collaboration event with Pride of Dripping Springs!

The Sumac Wit, brewed with our proprietary Datura yeast, expresses brightly on the nose with strong hefeweizen notes of banana and clove while your first sip brings in soft notes of citrus and a slight hint of salt from the sumac. It finishes clean and bright; you won't have a hard time pairing this with seafood!

We look forward to seeing everyone out here on Saturday the 18th! Cheers!
