The Cowboy is back! We usually open our stores on Sunday but seeing as it’s for baseball it just felt right. Opening today at 12pm at our new location on East 7th with a limited menu to get back in it. See y’all there.

We're heading back to where it all started. Austin, we will be back on East 7th starting Thursday 3/26. Located in front of the new Stoney’s Good Time Ranch 🥃🍺

Can’t beat the combo or great food, great cocktails and great weather. We’re slinging the classic Cowboy sandwich, smoked wings and great options for the kids.

Farewell.

Tomorrow we will close the original Flyrite Chicken on East 7th Street. While we will still be serving chicken around Austin, it’s a rollercoaster of emotions to say goodbye to the place where it all started. After 9 years of operations there are too many people to thank that have played a hand in us making it this far, so we will do our best to group them together.

Thank you to the team. From those who helped create and shape the brand, to those that have stood with us until today, you will always have a place in our hearts.

Thank you to the friends and guests. We started with a philosophy of being a table for the community that had a place for everyone and we believe we achieved that at 7th Street.
