✨Vulnerability Post ✨

The last week has been very hard for me. A lot of pent up emotions have resurfaced.

Sadness, Rage, Rejection, Abandonment, and just feeling completely Alone in a room full of people.

My lover as been so strong for me in this time. So patient, while I haven’t been able to be strong or patient for myself. He has helped me and allowed me to feel without judgment. He spoke out while I was being blatantly rude to him. He expressed his feelings, in attempt to pull me from my own.

Yesterday I sat with Hapé for the fourth time, in attempt to release the negativity from within me. As I sat, I felt the fire rise from my palms. The bright blue hot fire that is so hot it feels cold to the touch.

I asked spirit to heal me. To make me a vessel of just Grace and Light. Spirit held me and pet my hair while whispering “you are grace, you are light, you are fire. Just settle your flame.” The fire in my hands calmed to the small yellow center. No longer will I be blue and extreme.

I feel my soul settle. I am so grateful for life. For simple resources, water, heat, air, shelter, love.

This transition period has been hard for me, while moving and being in between the process. Spirit told me to spend the money to create this space. Create this space to spend with the souls you love. Bring your Family, Bring your love, Bring your tribe. Bring everyone you Love and show them what you have Created and Celebrate.

Here’s the thing: Trauma is a part of life. It is unavoidable. Your very first experience on this earth - birth - was trauma, possibly for both you and your mother.

Just because we’ve experienced trauma does not necessarily mean that we are destined for a life of suffering and illness. ❤️

We don’t have to repeat the patterns that shaped our early lives. When we do the work, we can change.

We can move forward.

We can heal. ✨

Trauma may be universal, and it’s also individual, affecting each whole person - the nervous system, immune response, every part of their physiology - uniquely. 🧠

The first step toward healing in mind and high is knowing what you’re dealing with - identifying the unresolved trauma.

The next step is understanding the long term effects of this trauma and how your learned coping strategies are keeping you stuck.”
