We’re ringing in 2026 with a big, meaningful moment for us — Poeta is opening its doors at our new home inside the

On January 1, we’ll welcome the year with a celebratory New Year’s Day brunch and a first look at the space. From there, we’ll move into a soft opening January 5–7 before officially opening on January 8.

This move gives us room to grow with the ability to bring back what so many of you have missed... À la carte is returning for brunch and dinner (yes, the rigatoni is back), alongside our chef’s tasting menu for evenings when you want to sit back and let us steer your experience. Seasonal Italian cooking with handmade pastas, comforting desserts, and hospitality that feels personal and familiar.

During weekday brunch hours, the café side of the hotel will continue to be operated by Second Bar + Kitchen, overseen by our team. In the evenings — and for weekend brunch and dinner — the space transitions fully into Poeta, becoming the warm, candlelit room we’ve been dreaming of.

We can’t wait to welcome you into this new home, pour you a drink in our upstairs bar-lounge, and cook for you the way we always have — with care, intention, and heart.
