"On Friday, Aug. 24, Capital Metro inaugurated the first MetroBike shelter at Kramer Station — a fully enclosed, secure bike storage facility to improve cyclists’ access to MetroRail...."

On Friday, Aug. 24, Capital Metro inaugurated the first MetroBike shelter at Kramer Station — a fully enclosed, secure bike storage facility to improve cyclists’ access to MetroRail. Austin City Councilman and Capital Metro Board Member Chris Riley, Capital Metro President/CEO Linda Watson, City of Austin Bicycle Program Manager Annick Beaudet and Su Wilcox officially opened the new facility this morning and gave speeches about the importance of bike transit ridership, followed by bike shelter tours for the public.
