Wonderful vibes at our celebration for Yael Lawson, new CEO for Workforce Solutions Capital Area! Yael previously served as interim CEO and chief operations officer for the board.

Ask Yael why she has stayed with the board for 25 years, and she will give you a simple answer: Because of the team.

Now as CEO, Yael's vision is focused on building a high-performing, responsive workforce system that aligns workforce, child care and economic development efforts more effectively across our region.

Our thanks to our board members and staff, community partners and elected leaders who joined us to celebrate Yael!

Plus a big thank you to Stacy Armijo with Amplify Credit Union for hosting us in their community room.
