✨✨🤩✨✨ I tufted a sign for my biz!!

Last week was kind of a s**t show; I did eventually get out of my head, though now, I’m living the consequences of it this week—I’m a work in progress 😌

Out of the things I tufted, only a few worked out. To be fair, they were all new, untested things, and I learned a lot for when I tuft round 2. I just ran out of time to do round 2 before this weekend’s market. Looking at you last week! 😆

Very V happy that the signage I made was one of those few!!! It turned out fantastic if I do say so myself 🙌🏼😁🙌🏼

I used Reflect wool for this, and it worked out great! The stiffness of the tufts, I think, helps the letters keep their definition. 💖 They would prob look even better with a little carving, but that’ll have to wait.

NEWNESS 💖 for this weekend’s Spring 🌱 VIBE Artisan Market at in Houston, Tx ✨✨✨ This will be my first visit to POST HTX and the space looks amazing!! 👀 I posted a peek in my story.

I still have a lot of sculpting ahead of me, but I think I may be entering my loopy phase 🤔🤭😏 Heh I am feeling quite silly, but also, recently, some friends shared they liked the loopy look finish of the punch needle uncut. I love the sculpted look myself, but I do like to give the ppl what they want! 😘 So I thought I’d style some with loops this go around! 🙃

In all honesty, I’ve been feeling a bit burnt out lately. Like I can see the breakdown coming if I can’t find a way to change my approach. The pressure to find a winning combination is part of what overwhelms. Really wish I could get out of my head about it. 🙄

Overwhelmed at times, like can I really do all this?! Then I remind myself that it’s okay to get done what gets done and keep putting one foot in front of the other walking in toward goals. Bonus Score: I am eating, sleeping, and taking time for me at times, and it feels good to be producing my own work again!
