An exciting morning due to a suspiciously strong smell coming from my client's garage. She was feeling dizzy and I was woozy. Many thanks to Ladder 17 and the Special Operations team for taking care of the problem quickly while we waited safely outside. (not natural gas, but chlorine gas (?) from a large bucket of pool tablets 🥴)

She asked for a selfie to commemorate the occasion (our time waiting in the ER until family arrives 🙃).

Our gal is getting her hair done for her 92nd birthday!!

Getting your driver's license renewed in person can prove to be a challenge ! Make sure you have all necessary forms of identification! (BTW Wilco, your sidewalk is not 🧑🏾‍🦼 friendly 😑 but thankfully your staff is!)

Something to consider then you drive a larger vehicle: wheelchairs have to offroad if you pull fwd into the walkway and block the path ! need access! 🤔
