Our pork belly bao is dry cured with a top secret blend of spices, shiitake powder, and sugar. Its cooked slow and then seared to order with black garlic hoisin, tangy lemongrass pickled carrots, bright cilantro gremolata, crunchy cucumber, sweet peanut powder, and scallions.

Recent throwback to our Spaetzle dish for Oktoberfest. Brown butter spaetzle with nutmeg, tarragon, sage, house kraut with foie fat, and beurre blanc. Keep an eye out because this will be back before you know it!
