From moodboard to move-in, Perla is what it looks like when a design concept survives the entire build. Early palettes, plans, and elevations were carried all the way through framing, finishes, and furniture so the house feels calm, cohesive, and intentional.

𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁:
• 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – three-level infill home that maximizes light, volume, and outdoor living on a compact urban lot.
• 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿–o𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – pool and terrace locked to main living elevations for clean sightlines and easy daily use.
• 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 –undefined full Thermador professional suite wrapped in sleek cabinetry and stone, anchoring kitchen, dining, and living.
• 𝗖𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 & 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 – 10–15' ceiling heights, furred drops, and integrated cove lighting to define rhythm and mood.
• 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲 –undefined drainage, waterproofing, and WUI-compliant exterior systems concealed inside a warm, modern envelope.

Every custom home should feel personal, not repeated.

𝘛𝘪𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘴 is a warm modern, curvilinear residence in Barton Hills where color, tile, and geometry do the storytelling.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁:
• 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 & 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 – plaster radius walls, coved ceilings, and trimless transitions executed with millimeter precision.
• 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 – jewel-box baths in terracotta, dusty rose, harbour blue, and deep green tile, each wrapped floor-to-ceiling.
• 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 – frameless walnut cabinetry, concealed butler’s pantry, Alexandrita quartzite, and floating steel shelves.
• 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹 & 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 – tigerwood-accented stucco, custom pool with hand-detailed wave motif, IPE decking, and Leuders coping.
• 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 + 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 – heritage pecan preserved on site, paired with a high-performance envelope and zoned comfort inside.

This is craftsmanship that lets the architecture feel expressive, intentional, and completely one of one.
