This shaded backyard was reworked to create a space that feels intentional and usable year-round.
A custom-fabricated round steel edging detail was installed to form a cast-in-place concrete pad, creating a clean focal point and helping organize the layout. Gravel surfacing and planting were selected to keep the palette simple, durable, and appropriate for Austin conditions.
