We started our year with a team goal to hit $75,000,000. I am thrilled to say that our team of five is sitting at $86,500,000 pending and closed. We have been able to help 148 friends/family/clients buy and sell in this crazy market.
Prior to this year only one member of the Landy Frost Group had a full year of experience. I’m so happy to mention that TWO of the rookies on LFG are already over $20,000,000 pending and closed for the year. I cannot wait to watch them battle it out for ABOR Rookie of the Year!!!

I recently helped one of my best friends and his beautiful wife close on a their house I helped him with a few years ago. I am very pleased to say we destroyed the highest price per square foot sold in their hood!
Crazy transactions seem to follow like an annoying younger sibling. Have you had an agent go through a doggie door to get into a house without permission? Turns out that is a thing🤦🏼♂️
Next up is our hunt for the house they get to raise their first child in. To say I am excited for them is a gross understatement

Yesterday was one of those days that make me love my job. Hunter and LE have been friends of mine since we all running around on 6th St. We got their house less than three years ago, and yesterday they sold their house for a record breaking number in their neighborhood. I’ve had a lot of cool closings days, but none more special than this. I have had many ups and downs trying to build/buy my own place. They say everything happens for a reason and I’d say this is a prime example. This was the exact neighborhood I wanted to be in with everything I wanted. Original house, single story, brick, big lot, huge trees and a cool street name! It’s a lot more than I originally planned on spending, but in this insane market I decided to stretch the budget and get the house I truly wanted.
I am beyond excited for this MASSIVE remodel and pool install. I can not wait to see what comes up with!!
