I saw this very unique challenge coin posted by a friend on Facebook. Thought I’d share it with you. I do not know where to purchase it.
It seems beginning on 31 July 2020 the Teslin cards for dependents, and retirees have changed. See this link for more information: https://www.cac.mil/Next-Generation-Uniformed-Services-ID-Card/ Has anyone gotten one of these cards? if so, is there a chip, or a blank spot where the chip used to be on a CAC?

If you are running Mac OS 10.15.4 and are having problems accessing CAC enabled websites since you updated from 10.15.3, AND live in the northern Virginia, Maryland, or DC area, please direct message me. My contact at Apple evidently do not have remote control ability to help people outside of the DC metro and want to see the computer not work in person.

With this Facebook group growing rapidly, and people choosing to use this method than where I put all of the information to help you on https://militarycac.com I'll post this information here for you:
INFORMATION: If you have recently updated to Mac OS 10.15.4 and lost CAC access, please know I have NOT found any solutions to get you operational (I'm sure there are a few people in this group that it is working for. For that, enjoy, for the rest of us, we are not operational). I am working directly with Apple to find a fix, IMHO-since they broke it, they need to fix it. I know this comes at a very bad time for you, as you are probably relying on your computer more than ever. I will post updates here and on https://militarycac.com/catalina.htm as soon as I hear something that works consistently.

A LOT of people are being prompted to enter their CAC PIN many times when visiting Outlook Web App (aka web mail). I am receiving emails from people in the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines. I am also hearing it is affecting both Mac and Windows computers. My only solution right now is to use Google Chrome or Opera web browser instead of Internet Explorer / Safari. People who send / receive encrypted emails in Windows will lose this capability. My thoughts are to use Chrome / Opera for the majority of your email. Then when you absolutely must send / read and encrypted email, enter your CAC PIN the 1-2 dozen times until it finally lets you in.

I have learned some new good news today (Thursday 3 OCT 19). With the help of Dan via another Facebook group, I am now able to login to Enterprise Email with my PIV and sign a PDF. Not sure if it was the newest update I downloaded today, or something else. I am current running a Mac OS Catalina Version 10.15 Beta (19A578c)
So, it should be safe to upgrade to Mac OS Catalina when the time comes.
You will need to uninstall All current CAC enablers per https://militarycac.com/macuninstall.htm
My apologies for any excitement I may have caused over the past 22 hours.
