In 2017, during the Tubbs Fire in Northern California, a Great Pyrenees named Odin refused to evacuate with his family. Instead, he stayed to guard his family’s eight goats as the flames approached.

When the family returned after the fire, they found Odin alive — singed, limping, and surrounded by all the goats he had protected. He had also gathered a few baby deer that seemed to have sought shelter with him.

Odin became a symbol of loyalty and bravery, and his story was widely shared in news outlets and social media.

Goodnight lovely followers. Even tho I have a handicap (I have an issue in my brain that makes me wobbly) I am still an adorable, handsome boy. It would be amazing if someone would give me a chance despite my handicap and adopt me. I behave perfectly, I use the litter box, I eat and drink on my own and I love to play and cuddle.
