Sorry abt that. Metal illness is wild yo; no matter how many years I live with it the fu**er still manages to make me feel totally bamboozled every time she shows up.
Long story short: summer is usually a challenging mental health season for me, and this last one unequivocally knocked me sideways. Blessed enough to have a fantastic support system in my corner (you know who you are— thank you) but what I want to say is this:
1. I’m sorry for dropping the ball.
2. Thanks for not holding it against me.
3. Your understanding/support allow me to keep getting up and keep getting help when I need it. And finally:
