Meet this Month’s NASW-TX Member Spotlight: Totundra Grays, PhD, LCSW-S. Totundra has been an NASW member since 2001 and currently works at Parkland Health. She originally joined as a student to connect with other social workers and has since built a career grounded in leadership, mentorship, and professional growth. Through NASW, she has developed lasting relationships, strengthened her clinical and leadership skills, and served in multiple leadership roles including Region 3 Board Member and past roles with the REAL Committee and NLIC. She values the versatility of social work, especially her work with teens and young adults, and is currently helping develop a youth social-emotional learning program through her church.
