A girl can dream right? Unexpected snow in GA has us all in a spring state of mind. So now is as good a time as any to pull out the old gardening books. None of that internet scrolling for me, I still like to touch and feel the pages especially when I’m dreaming of a new garden. This old house ( built in 1870) has a few surprises for us in the garden and I can’t wait until spring to see what will come up. We moved here last June so most of the spring blooms were already gone.

All you need is love and tacos. I am trying to edit and add videos of the process, honestly I am too vain to upload these. I am never inspired and in full makeup and hair at the same time so the struggle is real!!

You never know what you’re going to come across in a morning walk. Definitely gained more than my 1,000 steps this morning. Old house new home.

It’s so hard for me to part with my vintage fabrics unless I know that they are perfect for the project. But after that first cut I am committed. These are a little easier emotionally because I make them out of the scraps left over from my bigger projects so in essence, I’m saving the last of the vintage scraps and adding a lot of love!! Hope you enjoy them as much as I do. 🩷
