Carolina has been integral in my journey back to optimal health. Her passion for providing the best care is obvious, as she incorporates what is needed for the individual. A lot of people are walking around being told everything is “normal” while feeling exhausted, anxious, struggling with brain fog, poor sleep… and like a shadow of themselves.
A huge part of what I do is step back, look at the full picture, and help people understand patterns in their symptoms, history, and labs through a more functional health lens instead of only asking whether something falls inside a broad “normal” range. 🤍
If you feel like crap but your labs are “normal,” it may be time for a second set of eyes.
Obviously this is not about cars. 🫠
There’s a difference between labs that technically “pass” and a body that actually feels good.
If you’re exhausted, foggy, inflamed, achy, or just don’t feel like yourself anymore, it may be time to look deeper.

There’s a kind of grief that comes with not recognizing yourself anymore.
Being exhausted in a way that sleep doesn’t fix.
Feeling disconnected from your body.
Feeling like a shadow of yourself while quietly realizing this isn’t just a “rough season” anymore.
And still being told everything is “normal.”
When your labs are “normal” but your body is clearly filing complaints daily.
At some point, “let’s just wait and see” stops feeling reassuring and starts feeling dismissive.
Like okayyyyy cool… but I’m still exhausted, feel 100 years old, inflamed, not sleeping, and forgetting why I walked into rooms 🙃
You are more than a collection of symptoms.
One thing I love about functional health is that you don’t get reduced down to disconnected parts.
You get to zoom out, connect the dots, and hear the story your body has been trying to tell.
That’s where answers start.
